The Orioles need to win this game tonight as do the Red Sox. That way the Orioles will advance back to 3rd Place in the AL East and the Yankees will take over the 4th place vacancy. I love it when a plan comes together. Go Orioles!

I figured the Red Sox were gonna lose last night, woke up and saw they pulled it out. Either way, someone ahead of the O's loses.

Look at Valencia hit the lefty.

Let's not forgot Danks is a left handed starter which will likely make this an uphill battle... So lets hope we can get to him.

Like Valencia just did.

Yep. You have been right on top of that.

He's a decent little piece against lefties, too bad they have no left handed equivalent.

Keppinger might've been safe but he could've definitely been safe if he slid better.

Did Ventura even argue the call? I guess it doesn't matter when you're 30 games under.

The runner was safe but Wieters made a good play on an average throw from Jones, to cast reasonable doubt with the umpire. More importantly, Wieters looked impressive in blocking the plate, and the subjective may have kicked in somewhat with the ump, seeing Wieters doing the textbook thing instead of seeing that the runner's hand slapped the plate before Wieters' hand tagged him.

And that's a theory ...

Could've all but guaranteed Wieters wasn't gonna drive in Davis from 2nd base with two outs.

The ump wasn't in position to see that Keppinger's hand was in before the tag was made. That call will be overturned next year.

Pretty sure Morse doesn't know how to bunt.

I missed several games recently but from what I've seen Morse is the exact opposite of what this team needs on offense.

The few times I've seen him hit, he's grounded back to the pitcher with the bases loaded and two outs and grounded into two double plays... both times with two men on and no outs.

Somebody please correct me if I'm off base.

He's hit a few singles. So clearly a power threat.

Haha thanks... Well at least he's done something positive. I would think in a place like Camden Yards he could rack up some homeruns if he ever gets going.

Hardy really does make not-so-easy plays look easy.
