basically said the Owner has the money but just chooses to not spend and that the fans are getting screwed. John Kruk pretty much cosigned. I hope this does not run DD out of town. Buck seems to be content thou out the outside perception

Schilling is right. The MASN money is a gravy train. I can't believe the Oakland offer was the best that the O's could get for Johnson.

My question is where would the O's be right now if they had an owner that cared more than about the bottom dollar line.
Ideological gravy trains lead to poor decisions.
Learn from the last President, and make this next era one of rebuilding what has been torn down.
Instead of being loyal to your party, be loyal to your country and your people.

Well the national conception about the O's is that we are that small blue collar franchise between DC and Philly and NYC. The little engine that could. well atleast that is how espn and mlb net packaged 2 yrs ago and last

Heavy controlling interest in a RSN covering the 4th largest mega-market in the country, in the wealthiest, most recession-proof area of the country.

There's NOTHING "small market" about the combination of assets Peter Angelos controls (Orioles and MASN).  NOTHING AT ALL.

Orioles and Nats have the same financial resources.

Nats ownership wants to win.

No proof Angelos wants to win
