With the NFL's already expensive ticket prices being hiked 20% for the playoff games, they are now having trouble selling out in Cincinnati, Green Bay, and Indianapolis.  Hopefully the FCC can get this blackout rule lifted next season and the league cannot hold cities in contempt by blacking out home games in a stadium that tax payers paid for in the first place.

Yes, but I also realize I have no clue. I don't actually buy my own BS.

I heard on the news this morning (Thursday the 2nd) that tickets are widely available. Green Bay may be small market, but it's a hard core football fan town. Or it used to be. It looks like the interest is waning. Everywhere. parity and mediocrity may have there benefits, but interest and excitement isn't one of them

Also supposedly the blackout rule has been dropped, apparently for next year.

yea, they always bring up waiting list stats about pittsburgh too but that's one of the easiest places to get tickets too for ravens away games and there are always lots of empty seats in the 3rd and 4th quarter when they play in prime time .......

redskins have a season ticket waiting list as well ........
