Congrats UVA Cavaliers. ACC Regular Season Champs, ACC Tournamnet Champs, and now sweet 16.

I would love to see San Diego State and Dayton get more wins but I am rooting for UVA or TN to win despite the fact that either would be bad for my bracket.

Watch out for Buzz.....

There will be a new player in town, soon enough.

I hope not, if you think the Terps struggle now to recruit top talent in the DMV (DC,MD,VA) area now.

Great 8 is loaded with B1G which always seems to be the case given how the cream always rises to the top.

Too bad the ACC's lone remaining mid-major ran into a better team in Michigan State...must really sting ACC fans given the recent defection of the charter member Maryland for greener pastures in the B1G.

Put an extra helping of butter on your grits this morning to make you feel a little less lousy. :-)

There were a lot of great games on last night. It is a shame to see what you got out of it was simple hate and bias Congregations to UVA on a great season.

Yeah, the poor ACC had to replace us with Louisville

Good while it lasted.

The ACC will be better than the P1G next year (in basketball).  Bank on it.

You mean the Big East (light) will "be better".

Not much of a leap with the additions of Pitt, Louisville, Syracuse and ND - all former big east teams. Did I forget any other BE teams? Oh ya, VT, BC and Miami were also Big East members. LOL.

Yes, if you can't beat 'em with ACC members, buy new ones. Got it.

Note that the ACC only grew, except, for one traitor institution...

Yes, most major FBS conferences grew. Your point? Does not change the fact that the majority of ACC Members were former Big East members. Just change your name, for Christ sakes.

Maybe if the Big East light had something more to offer than the Big Ten, then Maryland doesn't defect. As it is....the Big East light expanded because no other major conference wanted Pitt, Louisville or Syracuse, and without new blood, were in dire shape. Had ND wished to be a full member in all sports, they most certainly would have joined the BiG. As is, the Big East seeking relevance, accepted ND on Notre dames terms. That's like the John telling the whore (ACC) what they are willing to pay. You lapped it up.

LOL.

And you're gonna use that as evidence of the superiority of one collegiate conference over another ?

Small wonder you got your degree in some backwoods dumpwater...

Did I say that? Nope. Just in the "present". You can read, can't you?

"backwoods dumpwater". LMAO. Not hardly. Such a characterization would apply to Colleges in Southwest (hickville), Va.
