Orioles trade Patton for a catcher

Orioles just traded Troy Patton to the Padres for catcher Nick Hundley.

I heard some good news about Wieters but this is not a good sign. Patton was doomed after that suspension.

Pay close attention....if Buck starts calling him Nicky, that means he'll play alot. That's why he doesn't call Lough, 'Davey'. I'm kiddin'!  :rolleyes:

yep, he's a solid replacement for MW. I'm stunned that they chose defense over offense for the backup catcher. Clevenger would have won more games with his stick, than Joseph will win with his glove. that's a given.
