Sorry, didn't get the line-ups.

Texas up 5-0, still batting in the second.

Tillman out of the game already.

About as bad as you'll see a starting pitcher look.  Just awful.  Man Tillman is frustrating.

He's arguably the worse pitcher on the staff right now.

3 out of last four starts he has been shelled for 20 runs

Maybe the O's suddenly robust offense can compensate for Tillman's dreadful start. O's will need an offensive surge as the A's and Jays loom.

Machado's drawing walks. Sun rising in the west.

That might have been Cruz's worst swing all year.

Tillman has no clue out there, really looks lost.   Announcers alluding to a groin injury... whatever

The flip side is that a 5 run deficit early is not insurmountable - and Markakis already took a little bite out of it....need another yeoman's effort from the bullpen.

Really disappointing.... With Oakland coming to town tomorrow the O's really needed a strong start from him in order to keep the bullpen fresh.

They are a notoriously patient team and lead the majors in Walks, OBP and are second in Runs (just 2 behind Toronto) ... Our starters have enough trouble as it is getting through 5 or 6 innings (or in Tillman's case one or two).

What the hell is wrong with MM this year? That's not a play that should be compromised by the injury he had. There was no lateral movement involved there. It didn't seem to be a "bad hop." He would have made that play with his eyes closed last year ...

Nice throw by Joseph to get the guy at third.

Agree.  Apparently he's still working on his 'timing' both offensively and defensively... b/c they clearly rushed him back.  He definitely should have spent a little more time in the minors working on these things

one swing could tie it up here....well, we didn't get a Cruz missile, but I'll take the RBIs by the big guns - and we have ourselves a ballgame!!

Cruz hasn't looked good tonight at the plate at all. I suppose he's earned an off-night though.

But Jones and Davis pick him up. That's what good offenses do. Coming back to tie down by 5, that's always impressive.

Comeback wasted.

Bullpen taxed thanks to Tillman and nothing to show for it.
