I just watched the clip of Jones' home run last night at MLB.COM.

At the end of the clip you see him screaming at someone

on the field from the dugout. Does anyone know what he said

and who he was screaming at?

Cervelli...

This.  As Adam skips across the plate, it almost looks like Cervelli is saying something to him as he's putting his mask on.

AJ does that thing where he pats his left arm bicep. he explained that it has something to do with showing respect to his grandmother, and I don't doubt his sincerity. but, if you don't know why he does that, it looks like he's tapping his muscle in arrogance.

maybe Cervelli thought AJ was showboating. then again, it's Cervelli, who the F*&@ is he.

It just shows you how little Cervelli has played against AJ...he should shut up and get a career.

I can understand being annoyed at opposition players when they get carried away after a HR. Certainly there have been times when I wanted to reach through the screen and strangle David Ortiz. But Cervelli, this is a guy who fist pumps like he's on Jersey Shore so he can go piss up a rope.

When Jones got hit on that bunt attempt and Buck started to get into it with the umps Jones yelled at Buck "f them mfers." I know those are choice words but I think Jones shows what kind of grit and determination this team has. It starts with Buck but this team has more than just talent. They have the "it" factor about them. We're never out of a game and just like last night we find a way to come back even if it doesn't always end in a win. I like the fiestiness of this team and Jones is a big part of it. This team is hungry.

I consider Adam to be the Orioles team captain.

You hear all the remarks about how he gets the

other players fired up in the locker room before

game time, as well as in the dugout during the game.
