Looks like the second egg may have hatched!

Still only seeing one chick.  Being fed right now.  The other one may not have made it.

Nope... I'm seeing other movement. Second one is there.

workerbee - I've enjoyed keeping an eye on the nest. Thank you again for posting the link.

Better than watching the Turkey Vultures that hang out in my neighborhood. lol

I watched a noon feeding today and she did not feed the second one. Maybe they don't eat until day 2? Second one seemed healthy enough!

Pretty cool stuff! Young eaglets that are 1 and 2 days old!

Fun to watch Sprightly and much more entertaining than Nationals.  We have both here along the Bush river.  They drive my Jack Russell crazy.

She has been nearly motionless all day keeping those eaglets dry! She looks miserable.

And she is in Georgia.  Imagine the Hanover PA weather.  She has been picking at the bird though.

It's kind of sad to see her right now. But, knowing nothing about Eagles, I assume that she's used to being cold and wet. A friend in Georgia said a few minutes ago that they are expecting freezing rain tonight in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

I've been watching the Hanover eagle the past few hours. She's been keeping the egg warm, re-positioning herself to get comfortable...She seems to toss a few knowing winks at the camera, too. Does this one still have her mate? I haven't seen him at all (been watching on/off since this mid/late AM). Well, I guess if I were him, I'd be out gliding through the valley humming that one Steve Miller Band song... B)

There does not seem to be any water around Berry College as they seem to only eat squirrel and birds.
