Posted March 30, 2016 How many like this have been sent out knowing lives don't matter I wouldn't be surprised if it is a lot. What possible reason would there be that would justify ignoring and considering this video by both the judge and the prosecutors?

Posted March 30, 2016 This is the reality and proves the myth black activists perpetuate about the criminal "injustice" system stacked against blacks. There is no way that the guy having guns like that isn't a violation of some sort. And the moronic way he handles the gun, even pointing it directly at the guy filming. Guys like this are frightening in their incredible stupidity. He won't see 5 more years of life or freedom, and hopefully he goes down with another loser, and not by killing an innocent. Posted March 30, 2016 That's pretty racist. Did you see the video? Even without that, anyone destroying cop cars and inciting violence is a good bet for an early death or incarceration. It's not racist, it's realist.

Posted April 30, 2017 (edited) http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/opinion/oped/bs-ed-bullock-today-20170429-story.html Mr. Bullock's antics violated his juvenile probation, leading Judge Sylvester Cox to banish him to Victor Cullen, the juvenile lockup in Frederick County. On Oct. 3, 2015, Mr. Bullock apparently boiled over again. According to the statement of charges filed by a state police trooper, Mr. Bullock was being escorted in the early evening to the medical unit on the campus of Victor Cullen. He broke free and ran through the grounds. Staffers caught up with him; he pushed a woman to the ground, and she rolled downhill. He also swung his fist and spit at a man. Other staffers finally corralled him. ... On Feb. 27, 2017, Judge Peters issued a no-bail warrant for Mr. Bullock for violation of probation in the rioting case. But it's hard to believe that if and when Mr. Bullock stands in front of Judge Peters again, he will leave the courtroom with an additional 11 years in jail. Few Baltimore City judges demand this much respect for their own probations. Edited April 30, 2017 by Baltimatt
Posted April 30, 2017 http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/opinion/oped/bs-ed-bullock-today-20170429-story.html Maybe the judge believes in the he's a good boy fantasy. Then will someone start a Gofundme to return the bail money.
Posted April 30, 2017 Not to worry, Mr. Bullock will either kill or be killed. Either way we'll be rid of a nuisance the "justice system" was unable to deal with effectively. Maybe that judge didn't do him any favors.

Posted April 30, 2017 That's pretty racist. Ok it is racist because what was said was based on statistics about the number of blacks killed expecially thugs? If it is racist to say a duck is a duck......well.
Posted April 30, 2017 (edited) I wouldn't be surprised if it is a lot. What possible reason would there be that would justify ignoring and considering this video by both the judge and the prosecutors? Well as best I can understand the law. What you and I might consider that evidence is not considered such as in the context of directly applying to the case at hand. Maybe in sentencing but the judge has to allow it and take such things and rap sheets into account. IF HE WANTS TO! Which it seems they generally don't. Now a prosecutor might be able to attempt to introduce something like a rap sheet during trial. But they know that likely the limp wrist lib judges will likely disallow it. So why bother and maybe in the course of attempting get the judge POed at him/her. HOWEVER, it seems to me... that when it comes to prosecution of cops. Anything they may have done is admissible during the course of a particular case. As we have seen where a cop is being judged about roughing someone up. The evidence in that case AND his past record can come into play in court as well as sentencing. So who is getting the short end here? Posted July 13, 2017 http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/crime/bs-md-ci-bullock-sentencing-20170712-story.html Quote Allen Bullock, the young man who smashed an orange traffic cone through a car windshield in what became one of the indelible images of the 2015 Baltimore unrest, has received a four-year sentence for violating his probation on the riot charge. Bullock, now 20, violated his probation when he failed to make court appearances, meet with his probation officer and notify the officer that his address had changed, according to a court recording of the proceeding. Bullock, who was arrested on a warrant on June 5, explained the reasons for his missed appearances and meetings in court Tuesday. "Since my mother put me out, I was just coming from the system so I ain't really have no transportation, no family, no way to call or nothing," Bullock told Baltimore Circuit Judge Charles J. Peters. I wonder why his mother put him out.
