I'd like a big snow...if for no other reason than I wouldn't have to siphon out that tank of gas in the snowblower.

Until I see white on my Weather Rock, it ain't snowing.

That rock is always 100% spot-on. :P

Unless it blows away in the wind. :P

Weather Underground now has 7-12 cm (3-5").

https://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=Baltimore%2C+MD

Same amount forecast for where my son and I are going in New Jersey on Tuesday evening.

On Thursday or Friday we're supposed to head up to Vermont, where 27-42 cm (11-17") are forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday.

I'm supposed to be heading up to New Jersey on Tuesday and then Vermont on Thursday.

Good luck with that one. The forecast for up there is even worse.

"Weather Underground now has 7-12 cm (3-5")."

That is just for Tuesday night. Another 3-5 inches on Wednesday. So more like 6-10 inches by the time it is done.

Uh oh.

My mother-in-law's knee replacement surgery is scheduled for Tuesday.  This is not good.

Surgery is still on.  Ugh.  My wife and her mom are getting a hotel room in Towson to be close to the hospital.

Best wishes.

My chemo is still on.  My son and I were hoping to leave in the afternoon after I finish.  We'll see.

Didn't get much snow. More like two inches of hard packed snow and ice.

Yep, here too.  I hate ice even more than snow.

Here in the Potomac Highlands, I awoke to 9 inches of fluffy white powder, which melted to 6 inches and an ice crust.

After tomorrow I'll need to wear clampons.

Maybe ice skates!

I made it up to Toms River, NJ.  Less snow here than in Baltimore.  Roads were clear and traffic was light, leaving at 3:30 p.m.

It's 80 in the greater Denver area today. I think I shall go on a short bike ride after work today. (Without a jacket)

Suckers.

It's in the 30s today.  Perhaps I will pick up a Pit Beef sandwich from Chaps since they serve excellent sandwiches regardless of the weather.
