Why not? Not much else is going on. And people have been discussing private/parochial schools scheduling publics.

Plus, you know, no one forced you to click on this post. You're free to ignore it.

Why not......cause as you said 6-poster --- people have been discussing private/parochial schools scheduling publics In Other Current Threads.  And you 6-poster want to start yet another.  What other logon you exhausted forced you to start another private/parochial schools scheduling publics thread.....  Yes, no one forced me to click on a vague listed "Dundalk-Calvert" thread.  But now that I know the content and your agenda -- I'll let it RIP, laters 6-poster...   smh

Thanks for the update. Keep them coming. 2017 may end up having double digit match ups between MIAA/WCAC privates and MD publics. It looks like we are moving in the right direction.

What, 7 or so teams in the WCAC and MIAA-A as oppose to over 200 MPSSAA teams who are not restricted against playing each other like in the MIAA bush league....  Double digit matches can start with DeMatha and Good Counsel of the WCAC who haven't played a single Maryland public school in the last 10-years that I know of.  And Gilman nor McDonogh have done much better in the last 10-years.  Please correct me ANYONE if I am wrong!!!  Yet Calvert Hall has managed to play over 15 various public teams during that same period.

So as I always say, Puck the WCAC and MIAA, and their need for validation of late.  Go in another direction to feel fulfilled is what I suggest of you.  Do a private state championship...

Why would those two schools play. It would be SFA v DeMatha.

I would love a two week MIAA-WCAC challenge and an end of year Bowl/playoff

DeMatha v SFA
SJC v McDonogh
Spalding v Gonzaga
MSJ v GC
CHC v BM
Gilman v Ryken
Loyola v ABC

Then
SFA v SJC
McDonogh v GC
Spalding v DeMatha
MSJ v Ryken
CHC v Gonzaga
Gilman v ABC
Loyola v BM

That will work.  It can be called The Big Bore Bowl

But SM Ryken hasn't been in the WCAC for very long, right???  Sounds like GT Prep and the MIAA.  You privates are just too shaky for my taste...PVI

Great idea. DM vs SFA won't happen so I'd like to see...

Week 1
DeMatha vs McDonogh
St. John's vs SFA
Good Counsel vs Spalding
Gonzaga vs MSJ
McNamara vs CHC
SMR vs Gilman
ABC vs Loyola

Week 2

DeMatha vs MSJ
St. John's vs Spalding
Good Counsel vs McDonogh
Gonzaga vs Gilman
McNamara vs SFA
SMR vs Loyola
ABC vs CHC

But the outcome of such games NEED to have an impact on playoff postures.  You privates have no real skin in these non-conference games unlike in the public world where each game, conference or not, means something.  Put some foreskin of your lil privates on the line privates.

You're not going to like it at all, but 2017 is going to have a long list of games between publics and privates. If the games are competitive, the next step is to open the state tournament so that all schools are included. This is the beginning of your own personal armageddon, DW.

And you DC Driveby Sniper are not going to like this at all, but you ain't going to get fulfilled or validated via the publics much like when DeMatha got those State Champion t-shirts a couple years ago...  Ask McNuggets about his district lawsuit approach.  Any way you all can get in on the publics' thing you all will try for validation....  smh driveby

Save that State Championship Tee-Shirt.  It could be worth something some day.
