Jethro Tull released Thick as as Brick.

They played at the Civic Center on 12/12/72, although I missed it, being out of the country at the time.

 

I still have the album, with the first edition album cover.  :)

They were done by the time that was released. Aqualung was pushing it.

Great album! I doubt many people made the connection to your hashtag. I still have no idea what the offensive word ((G__R) that "Little Milton" used that disqualified him. But that album has one of my all time favorite lines............"Your sperm's in the gutter, your love's in the sink."
