The reprimand is the least of his problems. Busch took away his committee chair and kicked him out of House leadership. He might as well retire from the GA because his career there is kaput.

If your party has a hammerlock on state politics your career is never over. It is know as the Lazarus Effect.  He will be forgiven and I predict that when Mike kicks out...he will take the position.
