Oh for the love of God.

Comey should never have spoken out about HRC email investigation. That's standard practice. The FBI doesn't publicly comment on ongoing investigations, especially when those comments could affect an election.

That said, don't think it affected the outcome.

He's a strange bird. Get the feeling he loves the limelight.

It's difficult to quantify percentages of influence in the election from Comey's statements but considering many states had less than a 1% margin it's fair to assume it didn't hurt. Neither did the wikileaks email dump or the backing of assorted meth heads and opiate addicts along with the broader bigot vote who had been worked up to a pitch by the anybody but obama GOP.  All these influences congeal into a toxic mush for low IQ voters.

So, you too have decided to ignore the wire tapping part of the post. Okey-Dokey.

I have seen no evidence pro or con so I can't really comment.   I thnk it is ridiculous the POTUS would blast it out even if he had evidence.  Give it to the FBI, let them investigate and send the result to the Justice Dept.  That is the process.  It was also ridiculous to have a candidate under investigation for a felony have her husband go secretly meet the AG to "talk about grandchildren. "  And strangely the legal process suddenly was aborted, Instead of FBI delivering whatever they found to Justice, and the AG making the call on prosecution or no, Obama and Justice said "never mind we will just go with what the FBI recommends.  Let Comey do Lynch's job."  And do you suppose there was ever a conversation between Comey and the White House about what his decision would be while doing the AG's job?

Presumably, Comey is an honorable public servant that was put between a rock and a hard place.  He "recommended" as a good obedient soldier, not to prosecute but I think his conscience spelled out the evidence and he listed every article needed for a slam dunk prosecution and conviction.  I can only conclude his recommendation was against his will based on the subsequent evidence he disclosed and his testimony before Congress.

But if Comey is releasing statements about what the POTUS says, he is way out of line and talking above his paygrade.  You didn't see admirals and generals jumping up and applauding Trump's address before Congress.  And it wasn't because they were all Democrats hoping he would cut the Defense Budget.  It is inappropriate to take a political position and I would put Comey in the same company.

I personally don't think Comey's actions were responsible for Hillary's general election loss. The democrats nominated the only candidate that could lose to Donny.

I think Comey's message to Donny is, put up or shut up. The IC says they can't find any evidence that Barack had anything to do with wire taps at Trump Towers.

Donny does America a disservice with his outrageous musings.

Peace man.  I found a Moonbat I can agree with!  But maybe only on full moons.  ;)

Maybe Comey should have picked one side and stuck with it , seems like he kept switching sides, he certainly seems like a very confused person, I have to wonder how he ever got the job in the first place

Maybe the truth doesn't have "a side".

The ridiculous myth that Comey caused Hillary to lose is really out of vogue now. Hillary caused Hillary to lose. End of story.

Somebody tapped the Flynn call with the Russian ambassador. Do we know who did that for starters? Why couldn't the same people have tapped Trump Tower? People seem to forget that Obama's regime tapped Angela Merkel and ordered surveillance on reporter James Rosen.

End of story except for those with an agenda to push who are still making excuses for why Hillary lost, but that's what they're reduced to for the next four years at least.

Maybe wishing for Hillary 2020 will give them hope and help ease the sting of reality for them now that she's announced that she's coming out of the woods.

You guys sound so dumb. Do you all really not realize how dumb you sound spewing this junk? How many Democrats have you actually seen hoping for Clinton to run again?
