Gilman should be real strong this year. Return a ton from last year's team

Yes, saw Gilman played St John's of DC tough and handled BL easily. Riverdale Baptist ran thru  young Spalding and SP teams, so those two are developing units. McD has a new young coach that will build that team over time  and not sure how st Joe's/Curley are looking.

Loyola played tough at end of year last year after Crowley left. And CHC us always tough, not sure but heard their top player skipped town again

Hahahaha!! Yes, thank God! Gilman is now a track and baseball school. Lacrosse will be very good in the next couple of years.

Gilman beat Spalding 8-5 today. Looks like right now, Gilman is the clear top area team. They've lost 3 games to St. John's, an Oklahoma team and a New Jersey team by a total of 5 runs. Crazy thing is, this team is still very young.

clearly better than Spalding, St. Marys, CHC?.. No they aren't. Too early to tell IMO.

Gilman has some bad losses, but their wins are by FAR the most impressive in the area. They just beat the #1 team in the Mid-Atlantic and #25 team in the country(and undefeated), Riverdale Baptist 3-0. Beating Spalding, RB and CHC is very very impressive.

That league is up for grabs this year, pretty even except the bottom 2 teams

Great win? Ok. Huuuuge loss for Gilman today! CHC massacred the Greyhounds 15-7. Gilman's season is over after this shellacking!

Like JB said, the season is wide open. It's baseball, teams lose like that all the time.

My point exactly. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut or three once in a while. Gilman was set to win the MIAA and now it's a long season. Lol! Okay, Mr. Trump.

I never said Gilman was going to win the title, said they have the best wins in the conference and they do. Hell Loyola could win the title, they just beat Spalding(who just beat CHC) and also beat Gilman.

Previously you stated they were the clear top team in the area at that time. I was going off half-cocked as you did but in a sarcastic way.????

St. Marys gon St. Marys. It would be more surprising if it didn't happen.

Does St. Mary's have a rule that if a boys team does well the head coach gets forced out ?

If you start sending kids to college and winning games...it is the end of the road.
