Congratulations on a great season by the Calvert Hall Cardinals.  They were dominant once again in last night's 12-6 win over McDonogh in the MIAA A Conference Championship game  This caps a perfect (9-0) regular season record in the league with wins against Loyola and the Eagles in the playoffs.  As this is one of, if not the best overall boys lacrosse high school conferences in the country, going undefeated is quite an accomplishment.

Hey EaglePride, hahahah hahahah

:D

I tried to hit "like" and then realized I wasn't on social media.  EP had no clue about CHC Lax.  But that's what EP does.  Talks out his ***! Congrats to Coach Kelly and his team on their consensus Top 10 finish nationally.

It was a good spring for Calvert Hall as they won Lax, and Rugby (that one still stings), and lost in the finals of baseball. . .

Overall though Loyola did well as well, flying a little under the radar. They lost in the rugby finals, won in the baseball final, and lost in the semifinals to CHC.

We will see what next season brings for the MIAA. hopefully all the sports and teams are competetive. . . . with the obvious exception of A conference football.

Congrats to the 5 Calvert Hall alumni who won back to back D-III Lacrosse championships at Salisbury University. CHC also has three alumni playing in today's D-I Men's championship game between Maryland and Ohio State.  They are D Erik Evans & M John Kelly for the Buckeyes and M Ethan Mintzer for the Terrapins.  Good luck to both teams today.

In closing, there are also other MIAA and MPSSAA teams represented at today's game.
