In a new Travel and Leisure survey of America’s favorite places, readers scored cities on a few different categories, including how “hot or not” the locals are.

Turns out, America thinks Baltimoreans aren’t the prettiest people. Baltimore, Maryland was ranked the least attractive city.

Charm City slipped down the list from fourth to first place in this year’s survey. Readers seem to love Baltimore for its revitalized Inner Harbor, and its beautiful historic sites, but while the city itself is rather photogenic, Americans think the citizens are not.

And people that look like overfilled water balloons. OOOoopps that wasn't PC.

I meant they dislike the overabundance of vertically challenged people.

That better? ;)

You know what the sad thing is with that? He'd be a handsome guy without all those tats covering his face. That kind of thing really kills most chances at any kind of decent job.

Are tats a requirement for working at Chipotle?

Shame they didn't check out Baltimore County; we're good looking folks! Could have moved the needle up a few places.

I don't know where you live but I live in the Woodlawn area. We got tons (pun intended) of Jobba the Huts wandering around.

Someone told me that one of the reasons for the popularity of tinted car windows in Baltimore is because drivers see what they see as they drive through there.

I disagree. Baltimore has aesthetically pleasing faces. The women here are gorgeous. Now if you said, Baltimore is the filthiest city in the US, then I'd have to agree.

I thought it was so it was more difficult to target the occupants. Live and learn.

Well as they say to each their own.

Dirtiest city are you talking about the streets or those that walk on them. ;)

Probably both...Now I'm not saying that everyone in Baltimore is dirty but I've been to practically to every neighborhood in the city and the majority of these neighborhoods are filthy. So, If I were a betting man, I'd venture to say that if the houses are a mess, imagine the folks who are living in it?
