#MAGA

It does not matter why he went, leisure or work but he's coming home.

Appoint Rodman a diplomatic role

"Our son is coming home," Fred Warmbier is quoted as saying. "At the moment, we're just treating this like he's been in an accident. We get to see our son Otto tonight."

Otto Warmbier, an economics graduate from the University of Virginia, travelled to North Korea as a tourist with Young Pioneer Tours.

The kid's in a coma. Botulism and then a sleeping pill?? That's bs.

How horrible.

No, he's serving a purpose!

If a young, healthy 22yr old ends up in a coma, I can't imagine what's happened to the others. :(

Maybe Rodman will stay sober this time and not make an *** out of himself like he did his last visit.

I suspect the Koreans didn't want to pay for his medical care anymore

I don't think he's gotten much medical care.

I can't understand why anyone would want to visit that country.

I predict Rodman will be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize this year.

Lord knows the kid has been through hell and didn't deserve it.  But to steal a propaganda poster from North Korea of all places is way out of touch with reality.

Talk about Darwin kicking in his two cents.

Omg. Too funny. But you might be right in your prediction. After all, Trump is POTUS and until recently that would've been unfathomable also.

I wish these people would realize North Korea is not safe.

N Korea killed him. Slowly, but surely.  I can't imagine the combined heartbreak, anger and frustration his parents are feeling right now.

This puts the true face on the savagery of these scumbags.  They drugged this poor kid with who knows what until his brain was rotted.  Hopefully, they develop a nuke and it goes haywire and falls on them.  Bastards.

So apparently they sent him back because he had one foot in the grave and they didn't want an incident if he died in NK.

Yep... they completely destroyed this kid and then decided to release him so he could die someplace else.  What a despicable bunch the NK regime is.  I still don't get why anyone willingly goes over there

Maybe with Warmbier's death, Americans will start using some common sense and stay the hell home. And if you must go to these countries,... or any country friendly or not, you behave yourself, act like you've had some home training as to how to conduct yourself in someone else's home, and most important of all, leave all your annoying American arrogance to home before boarding the plane. I got no sorrow or sympathy for this guy,... thinking he can go to NK and do what he wants or behave like he would at home.  Did he not take a moment to review the 'do's' and 'do not's' before he left? Same thing happened during the past Olympics! His parents should be charged for raising a knucklehead. Whjat I feel now is that little orange trump will use our kids to engage in tit-for-tat for this.

There's no evidence he even did anything they say he did, so I'd cut that out.

The reports are that he pulled down political posters! If that's true,... well you just don't do that in a country that doesn't look kindly on political protest of any kind. Even here, you can get sued and/or arrested for pulling down or destroying political posters during election seasons! Vandalism at it's most pedestrian and kindest form. C'mon!

Point is, he was in another country,... a country that has no obligation to treat crime the same as we do. He should have read up on his obligation as a law abiding citizen while there before he got on the plane. If he went there with no intentions on following their laws and customs, then he got what he was asking for.

I'm sorry,... that's just my take on this. Americans globe hopping and thinking they can do and behave in whatever they want, just because they're Americans is,... well stupid and arrogant. People generally don't take kindly to behavior like that. I know we wouldn't stand for it here,... not for a moment,... not for one second.

There's no evidence he actually did that, again.

Doesn't it strike you as BS?

Don't slur the dead with unfounded NK propaganda.
