Abortion is a health service in the same way the death penalty is a health service.

More like assisted suicide.  But thanks for playing

Please.....nobody mention abstinence or how pp launders money for the democrats.

That will really set em off.

I encourage you and everyone related to you to practice abstinence from birth to death.

The point is that one who says it isn't a health service claims to support it for the health of the mother.

It's sort of depressing that we live in this alt-universe where this sort of hypocrisy is glossed over by self-righteous so-called pro-lifers who are utterly clueless on the issue.

And yes, I count you among them.

Being called self-righteous by someone who supports the ending of human life simply because it's inconvenient, and describes it as a health service, is laughable.

It's ending a pregnancy.  Not a life.  Life begins later.

So the fetus is killing itself?  Or do you just not know what the word "suicide" means?

No.  They are not the same but closer than your analogy

So rather than discuss how pp launders money you want to make it about me.

I'm sorry the topic makes you so uncomfortable.

With you?

Nothing.....you're not capable of it.

Very capable with the insults, however.

Have a nice day and enjoy your hate.

Genetic testing tells a lot.

So you are OK with aborting kids because they have a defect?

Apparently, and as I have noted before, reading comprehension is not one of your strengths.  I'll try to write this in a way you can understand it.

PP provides a necessary service in providing birth control, family planning, health screening, mammograms and other such real health services.  To the degree that PP can provide those services efficiently, they should be supported in doing so. If some other organization can provide those services more effectively, they should be supported, either instead of or in support of PP.

Abortion is not a health service.

It is because abortion is a health service that the GOP in Texas is claiming to regulate it!

Agreed.  If only they would stick to contraceptives, family planning and REAL women's health care, even I would send them money.  Their insistence on facilitating the arbitrary ending of fetal life makes them contemptible.

Arbitrary? Do they snatch random pregnant women off the streets?

Why do you people celebrate abortion like it's such a great thing?

We don't. Which is why we want to keep PP going.

Seems to mean supporting policies that increase abortions is kinda stupid if you claim to be against abortion.

Nothing to do with family planning services because parents will not take their teenage kids to such a place but with the abstinence only teaching in most Texas churches

Is there a study showing most Texas churches teach that, or that what they teach differs from churches in other states?

Not that I'm aware of, just based on family and friends who live there.
