Is portraying straight people as gay to disparage them, using implied homosexuality, using gayness as slur?

Can't remember the newspaper or tabloid they used in the movie but it was Nat Inquirer similar.

I think both are a matter of intent. If you are celebrating being gay than yes if your intent is to paint someone as a Kenyan born secret Muslim than no!
