How appropriate to be sending UJ out there on 9-11.

One thing I'll say about UJ. He's consistent. 5 innings. 100+ pitches. Consistently.

;)

This team is so weak. What a joke they are.

At least we are down to maybe 2-3 more starts with U-ball-do - embarassing they did not cut losses a long time ago. Kept starting this bum for 4 years...

Classis Orioles. Actually get decent pitching last few games and the mighty offense completely disappears. Same old tiresome script.

They're now 2 games below .500. The only question now is...how LOW will they GO?!!

Doubt they finish at or over .500.  That seven game winning streak was obviously a complete fluke.

Well Buck-a-roos...I think this season has finally revealed itself for what a lot of folks knew it to be all along. So all that's left now is to bid it adieu.

After 2 innings O's down 2-0 and UJ over 50 pitches.  Putrid.

Big Dan's crown jewel: Ubaldo.

Five Hundred should be the goal now...not the Playoffs.

The problem with finishing at or above .500 is that it will give this organization (and many fans) some false sense of success. Kind of like last year.

Its hard to root for your team to lose, but in some circumstances it may benefit the organization long term (or even short term aka next year). I think this is one of those instances

Aaaah. I see you're adopting the patented slidemaster gambit.

Indeed. Difficult to argue with that logic though right?  I just don't see where finishing a game or two over .500 really benefits the team at this point aside from just being able to say, 'yay another winning season'
