Trump says NFL should fire son of a B's for kneeling during anthem

687 posts in this topic

Being a veteran it really didn't bother me one bit. Hell I didn't know who Kap was until some got their panties in a bunch. It's pathetic to watch people speak of disrespecting, when donald disrespects the office of the president on pretty much a daily basis and they (supporters) remain silent.

Go look at the numbers.

Numbers don't lie

-- keep him in the pocket my a**

You don't know what you're taking about -- he rushed for 468 yards in 12 games last year for 2 TD's. That's number 37 for all rushers in the NFL in 2016 for yardage.  Tyrod Taylor was the only QB to out rush him -- and Kaepernick did that in 12 games.

Because of the shi%%y OL he was sacked 36 times in 12 games last year.

Their defense gave up 40 points or more in 4 games, 30 points or more in 9, and 21 or more in every single game, except when they blanked the Rams.

Their defense was 32 in the league -- last

With a defense like that they were lucky to go 2-14

You make the case as to why he is unsigned, not the other way around .....

Second on to tyrod, who the Ravens cut, in rushing is his claim to fame these days eh.....

No one wants a rushing qb as their top qb these days .....

He could have signed as a back up in sf but chose to test the market .....

No one wants those headaches with a back up qb and since the owners are the ones that have to out up the millions, that's their choice to make .....

This says it all:

"It has been said that the age of Trump is the politicization of everything. The claim is impossible to dispute, especially one week after an Emmy’s ceremony that felt like an extended presidential roast. But it’s important to note that Trump is choosing to politicize sports and entertainment, not only because he is inclined toward controversy, but also because he is so demonstrably uninterested in actual policy and the political process.

Nobody is forcing the president to morph into a sports radio commentator. It is merely the role that best suits the skills that come most naturally to the former game-show host. Consider the simple, uncontroversial fact that in his ninth month in office, the  U.S. president has a clearer position on Stephen Curry’s White House clearance than on any single detail of health care or tax reform. Trump is so bored by the quotidian demands of his surprisingly “complicated”job, which requires guiding policy through a complex political process, that he uses his position to instead harass Americans on the internet. Judging by the attention his sports commentary received this weekend, one can assume that Trump’s shock-jock-in-chief routine will be a long-running show."

Congress and the House say to hell with da trump. We have rules and laws in this country and you have violated your share. No more; impeachment awaits you. May you play golf to your heart’s desire; just not on our dime!

I understand the reaction to Trump's ridiculousness.  Nice of them to stand for the other song 'cause we know there is no racism in the U.K. ;)

Isn't it interesting how Trump makes everything about him?

Did he really think the NFL Owners would choose him over the Players?

Typically, Trump plays to his bigot base, pretending small-minded ignorance that these millionaire celebrity athletes are protesting their own circumstances rather than that of their people. Wrapping themselves in our beautiful flag, which stands for unity and liberty and justice for all, they refuse to accept, or actually approve, that minorities do not have the same respect, rights, protections, and privilege as white people. It's about white power, and as usual patriotism is the last refuge of scoundrels.

Interesting how this football player is a SOB for protesting but some of the people marching with the alt-right and Nazis were "fine people" per Trump.

Gosh, what's the difference here....
