Ravens take a knee in London

Looks like about 8 to 10 ravens kneeling including suggs, moseley and Ray Lewis .....

Why is ray even on the sidelines with the players .....

Looks like the Ravens should have worried more about playing the game instead of how to disrepect the national anthem in england.....

Way to have them ready to play Harbaugh .....

You should have ray in the middle of player protest on the sidelines every week.....

Make it part of film study too....

I thought I wasn't seeing it clearly, with some of the Ravens players taking a knee. Then I saw Ray and wondered what the hell he was doing there. Not a real good look on an international scene, that's for sure.

I was at the sb in Tampa in 2001 and Ray put on one of the greatest NFL performances of all time.....

That said, I have been critical of him on here for years with his religious babaling as the face of the franchise and he was an embarrassment as a TV announcer .....

We heard stories about how the locker room was his and it's caused issues for the coaches before ......

Based on his recent statements it looks like he was in the middle of the kapernick negotiations . ....

I guess it's still his team.....

If they were standing up with something you supported you all would be applauding them.  Once the president called out the players in language that would get Rob to give me a point it was obvious that players would be kneeling today.

Is Suggs actually playing today?....

Or Is he still kneeling on the sidelines?....

Suggs has a long history of playing lights out against some teams (usually ones with really bad O-lines) ballooning his stats, then disappearing for weeks at a time.

They should have played the whole game on their knees.  The outcome might have been better.

Once I saw that, and saw Ray in the middle of it all, I tuned out. Just left a bad taste...

What a weird way to make a statement on an international stage.

Yes, weird, including the presence of Ray Lewis.

And then...there's the boneheaded play by the Chicago Bears player who started his end zone dance celebration about 10 yards shy of the end zone then had it batted out of his hands and out of the end zone. What a maroon. :D
