Perhaps not the most exciting first half of all-time.

Milford Mill converted a fumble on Parkville's opening possession and then scored twice more in the 2nd on a 17-yd TD run by RB Scott and a 1-yd sneak by QB Savage.

MM's first TD was a 13-yd completion to 1st Team All-State WR Ugo Obasi.

Shortly after the TD, Obasi went down near the sidelines (didn't see what happened) and got up groggily holding the back of his head.

Woodlawn EMS was called and they transported him via stretcher to the hospital. Hopefully all just precautionary...

Milford Mill leads 8-4 in first downs and 164-44 in total yards.

Parkville lost their starting RB to an injury early in the 1st and brought in their huge LB as a FB.

He ripped off a big gainer on a lateral and QB Braum ran over a few Millers before his 1-yd sneak put Parkville on the board.

19-7 Milford Mill 9:27 3rd

Wow.

On the first play after the Parkville TD, MM RB Shell went 70 yards - only to be taken down inside the Parkville 10.

MM could not punch it in from there, stopped on a 4th and 1 sneak.

Parkville then authoritatively cruised 99 yards (they had 10(!) first downs in the 3rd) and QB Braum scored again, this time from 28.

19-14 Milford Mill start of 4th

Parkville DB Curbeam picked off a MM pass and returned it to the MM 40.

Momemtum had dramatically swung Parkville's way and the go-ahead TD was inevitable.

Until MM LB Shell scooped up an errant pitch and returned it 65-yards for a TD.

25-14 Milford Mill 7:30 4th

Had never heard of Parkville QB Braum (who has only 1 completion), but he's running rings around MM defenders.

TD #3 from 44.

Speaking of running QBs ...

MM QB Savage scored on an 85-yd TD run.

Called back on a hold.

Forced to punt after the TD was called back, MM got off a beauty - a 56 yarder, pushing Parkville back inside their 40.

Still plenty of time for QB Braum to score again for the win.

But Parkville fumbled it again and MM recovered.

MM could not kill the clock, giving Parkville one more shot - starting at their own 36 with 1:36 remaining.

On a 4th and 7, QB Braum somehow pitched it before going down - first down!

And then heaves it downfield - into the arms of MM DB Carter.

25-20 Milford Mill final

Parkville not good.  Surprised making game with MM.  GC has turned it on since MSJ loss.  Somebody had rough week of practice that week.

They are in MoCo 4A but that is probably the best for a league in the entire state top to bottom. PG has some great teams at the top but MoCo has depth

GC comes back and scores easily, 37-13 but NW returns the kickoff and makes 2pt conversion. 37-21.
