Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock was quite the fan of President Donald Trump before he killed 58 people and left another 500 injured—the worst mass shooting in recent U.S. history.

Paddock, a millionaire who reportedly would gamble up to $1 million a night in casinos, was attracted to the president's politics because of the boost the stock market has enjoyed since Trump took office, Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo told KLAS, a local CBS affiliate in Las Vegas, during a two-hour interview.

'nuff said.

Wow ...... only took them a month to concoct a story.

Bitter much?

Trumpites tried to paint this guy as a Bernie bro shortly after the shooting, much like they did with the Nazi thug who ran down Heather Heyer in Charlottesville.

Truth is a beyotch, ain't it?

Someone should've told him that it was President Obama's policies that created the environment Which allowed the stock market to rise maybe he wouldn't have gone crazy.

Who cares who this guy supported. Unless you both believe Trump was the motive of why he did it. You both can keep thinking that.

But if it wasn't, I'll await your apologies .......

It’s only pointed out because the right is so quick to call every mass shooter/terrorist a leftist.

What on this earth would drive this man (who seem to be living the American dream) to murder 59 people and injure scores of people. It's just baffling.

Really? That is a new one. I'd like to see some documentation on that one.Not trying to be funny and such. Really never heard that one.

Maybe you are confusing the individual mass shootings in major cities? Just a thought.

Unfortunately that secret went with him to his grave. The 'experts' will be trying to put this puzzle together for years and IMHO will never have a definitive answer. Bottom line is he 'snapped' and when it comes to the brain a logical answer is not always forthcoming.

One of my major reasons for NOT releasing shooters like Hinkley who was in a nut bin after 35 years is that the 'docs' say he is OK....did they sign a warranty? A guarantee? Nope....cause you can't...it is the human mind not a computer ...where new parts can be swapped in and guaranteed to function or replaced again.

My view is ... that if you were nuts enough to attempt or perform murder and 'get off' on a nut case plea....then you stay in the nut house...till you die.

Internet posts claim an anti-Trump liberal was behind the wheel of the Dodge Challenger that drove into a crowd in Charlottesville, Va., killing one and injuring 19 others.

“Alt-right” conspiracy theorist Alex Jones is reading off his mobile phone to Paul Joseph Watson, a British YouTube personality who frequently functions as his sidekick, in a recent clip featured on Jones's web show InfoWars. They are discussing Sunday night's mass shooting in Las Vegas.

“They found antifa information in the room and photos of the women in the Middle East,” Jones says in his familiar Texan growl. “There was antifa crap everywhere.”

For the sake of accuracy, you should change your comment to correctly point out that the right is quick to call every act of terrorism committed by Islamic terrorists, "Islamic terrorism". Others, like Obama, refused to call those acts what they were, even trying to call it "workplace violence" in at least one instance. Whatever motivated the Las Vegas terrorist, who had visited several places in the Middle East not long before his rampage, has likely mysteriously disappeared just like his hard drive did.

Maybe he converted and became radicalized.  That's easily at least as likely as the fantastic narrative the OP and the poster who's a fan of the TV character of a teacher-turned- meth-cooker-and-murderer are trying to concoct.

Ahhh ok... I guess is semantics and vague definitions that everyone throws around. IMHO someone that is Antifa is not representative of all leftists ...as you previous post implied. Same as all KKK members do not represent all righties. or general conservatives.

Thanks for resolving my confusion.

Unfortunately there are a lot of people who do believe that all blacks are Antifa and that Antifa is representative of all leftists/liberals and that the KKK represents all righties/conserrvatives.  There are some right here on this board who imply it but will never actually say it.

Yes. And the NYC guy was a Muslim and ISIS sympathizer.

What's the point?

You want to broad brush? Fine. But don't ***** when the other side does it.

Yep, and as they say the truth takes a while to put on it's shoes.

Now that they are on and laced, some of the liars are mad and their enablers think it's not fair. ^_^

Most of what you said I have seen....however the implication that all blacks in Antifa is a new one. The rest yeah I see it surface.

Gee weird morning .... I am learning so much....and I am NOT being a SA...I mean it.

Haven't heard you for a while....how are things?

Don't be coy. You all stick together like sheep. Look how fast you all got on the same page with the Clinton-funded dossier talking points that were circling the web before Mueller's bombshells on Papadopolous and Manafort.
