This guy is the poster boy for 'truth in sentencing' and 'rules' for the judges to follow issued by the state.

BTW thanks bee....I am sending this list to my reps to reinforce my frustration and for them TO DO SOMETHING besides pander to SJWs etc.

Thanks for the addtion. My brain was clicking that there was someone else too. I even went so far to try and google a list several different ways.....and it ALWAYS came up Mosby or the location of the office.

But that is the way search engines work.....they pile the poop on the top.

Bernstein gets a pass for crime in Baltimore for the obvious reason.

Gregg Bernstein was the State's Attorney for Baltimore City from 2011-2015. Based on the aforementioned rap sheet he would only have been responsible for:

2012- gun possession, charges dropped - (Misdemeanor)
2012- attempted 1st and 2nd degree murder, convicted of assault and gun charge, 5 years (Felony conviction / more than likely a plea deal)
2011- CDS charge, 2 days jail, 5 years suspended - (Misdemeanor)

Still on par for the course.

It seems to be a culture of letting criminals go for not so minor offenses.

I would say that’s enough.

But any judge that would suspend even a day of jail for a criminal with such as extensive record should be removed from the bench

Yup.  Same criminals arrested over and over and over and over and let go.  And everyone wonders why we have a crime problem

Gun charges are supposed to get 5 years, right?

Yet in Baltimore, those charges are dropped and attempted friggin' murder only gets you 5 years.

Then within months of getting released, he succeeds this time. He murders someone.

I guess now he'll be in prison for "life"?

Congrats, Bodymore. You finally succeeded in getting a murderous parasite off the street.
