The O's are getting no hit heading into the 8th

Same old story with this offense but yet they keep the reputation of being explosive and seem to never get much blame for our struggles. Very frustrating.

They threw the ball into the dugout!

I don't think even Felix Pie ever did that!

Yeah, let's go sit in the cold and watch this crap!

Don't worry, when someone hits a walk off HR it'll reinforce their belief that the only way to win is the long ball. Cuz chicks dig the long ball.

I think this is the 3rd time already they've had no hits after 6 innings or more.

Why leave Sanchez in?

Cuz as long as he keeps the ball in the yard, the O's still won't take the lead? ;)

Gameday had it wrong. Buck put the runner at 3rd.

Be annoyed all you like, but you know that I'm right.

This team can't compete as constituted.  They need a season of deep, undeniable failure to get back on track.  Look at how promising the White Sox look right now.  Look at how quickly the Astros turned around.  And the Twins.  It can be done.  It's the only way to do it in this market.  You'll have to forgive me for rooting for the long haul instead of this year, which was over before it began.

I forgive you for being an eternal pessimist but that doesn't mean it hasn't gotten tired and lame.

See, if Jones had just hit that ball 10 feet farther, it clears the fence and the game is tied. Gotta hit dingers!!!!!

I'm a realist, not a pessimist.  You root how you want, and I'll root how I want.  You know as well as I do that there is one road to the world series for a team like the O's, and it ain't by finishing as a middling team again.

it ain't by finishing as a middling team again.

I have a feeling they don't have to worry about that this season.

Davis was just given a 4th strike by the ump and he's still going to strike out.

Don't be negative. Davis is going to hit in to the shift for an out!

I wish they would bench Davis.

In a purely human sense, watching him is making me sad.
