Cohen's mystery third client is Sean Hannity

I’m not sure if he is technically a client .  Watching CNN as I await my haircut and according to the talking head, there was no exchange of value and no assertion of attorney-client privilege z

Sean has gotten more weird lately. I wonder if this has something to do with that.

I can't say what the talking heads are saying, but Hannity disagrees.

"But I have occasionally had brief discussions with him about legal questions about which I wanted his input and perspective," he added. "And I assume that those conversations were attorney-client confidential."

Hardy har har!  Couldn't happen to a sweeter guy.  If Cohen is just offering friendly advice over a drink there would be no reason to turn his name over to the judge.  Hannity is a lying SOB so he can't be trusted to walk a dog.  Lifting my trombone we let out a loud Wah Wah Wahhhhhh!  This isn't a cabal, it's a barge carrying sewage that's taking on water.

I'm wondering how this lawyer who doesn't bill anybody makes a living?

I was surprised that he needed a 2nd mortgage to get his hands on $134,000 cash, should be  chump change for him, given his trappings.

I was watching MSNBC and it was hysterical! They looked like kids in detention at school and just heard the teacher fart! It was great!

So was Hannity!

He contacted Nicole Wallace while she was on the air.

FOX was surprisingly pre-occupied elsewhere.

Sean banging a porn star too?

I don't know if we'll get an answer to that.

Cohen and Hannity are invoking attorney/client privilege.

Something to hide?

Maybe the devastating Sean Hannity evidence will break at the same time as Russian collusion!

Hannity is a self righteous ***, it isn’t a stretch.

No argument from me Cam.  I was more interested in getting my haircut then in listening to CNN...can't afford to lose any unnecessarily these days.

What reasonable person would go to a lawyer, ask for advice, not pay a retainer...and expect to have attorney - client privilege?

I find Hannity impossible to watch. He totally creeped me out the few times I tuned in, so I no longer bother.

With Fox News basically serving as Trump's Der Stumer, as long as he has them on his side, even if he's caught in bed with a live boy or a dead girl, he can politically survive.

But what if they went down together?

Oh, sweet justice.

Yea, I guess so. I just think the Fox crew has become increasingly defensive in support for Donny. Their guy is becoming more unhinged, so naturally their support looks equally as crazy.

Hannity is not a reasonable person.

Whatever it is, he really, really doesn't want it to get out.

In an effort to dissuade the judge from demanding the release of the name, Cohen's attorney told the judge that he had been asked by the mystery client to file an immediate appeal if she demanded the name.

The judge did not back down.

Just as a point of interest, what is the value of naming the 3rd client?  Realistically, if the 3rd client had been “A. Cameron” or “B. MOTR”, I’m pretty sure we’d continue in our anonymity.  Is this some kind of tactical effort, kind of guilt by association?

It certainly gives motive to the groveling of  Trump's shoeshiner-in-chief at Fox. Hopefully Fox may begin to see it's not a terribly bright business move branding themselves with the corrupt kakistocrats of Trump and Friends.

HUH?

It is Cohen's motion to stop the government from using the documents seized from Cohen.

It was their argument to the judge on Friday that Cohen had about 10 other clients, not only Trump, whose attorney/client privilege could be violated.

But they were unable to name one.

The judge ordered Cohen to appear today and name his clients.

This morning, they said there were three, Trump, Broidy and a client whose name they didn't want to disclose.

The names of clients are not privileged.
