Unlike the clown lead investigation, the Senate Intel committee did their job in a bipartisan manner....

A GOP-led Senate committee backed U.S. intelligence agencies’ finding that Moscow tried to boost Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign by hacking and spreading misinformation, a bipartisan conclusion that breaks with a House panel’s position and the president’s rejection of the notion that Russia wanted him to win.

The Senate Intelligence Committee’s conclusion, made public Wednesday after a closed-door hearing with former intelligence chiefs, is part of the panel’s continuing probe, begun 14 months ago, into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election. It supports the findings of the intelligence agencies under former President Barack Obama, a Democrat.

The Republican president and many of his allies have repeatedly dismissed the idea that Moscow meddled on his behalf—particularly disputing that the Russian effort might have had an impact on the election’s outcome.

WASHINGTON — The Republican at the helm of the Senate’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election backed on Wednesday the assessment by American intelligence agencies that Moscow favored Donald J. Trump in the race, contradicting both the president and fellow Republicans in the House.

Senator Richard M. Burr of North Carolina, the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said in a statement that he saw “no reason to dispute” the intelligence assessment, which was delivered in the final weeks of the Obama administration.

“Committee staff have spent 14 months reviewing the sources, tradecraft and analytic work, and we see no reason to dispute the conclusions,” Mr. Burr said in the statement. “There is no doubt that Russia undertook an unprecedented effort to interfere with our 2016 elections.”

Trump supporters don't listen to the news. Everything is fake except Black people, Dow Jones and the need to buy more guns.  And forget Putin, the government is America's chief adversary.  Welcome to the alternate universe.

 the aggrieved white people's party has no use for the truth...they want the 1950s returned as soon as possible....sad really, but when you are dealing with the uneducated, there really isn't much to do....the aggrieved white people's party leadership is lining their pockets by draining the treasury and  leaving their "supporters" behind....fitting, but sad at the same time....

like this --> https://www.cnbc.com/2018/05/01/companies-to-give-back-1-trillion-to-investors-this-year-sp.html

Through the end of April, S&P 500 companies are on track to give back a record $1 trillion to investors through dividend increases and stock buybacks, according to data compiled by Howard Silverblatt, senior index analyst at S&P Dow Jones Indices.

mean while wages are stagnant and bonuses (what little were given out) have had their :fix" impact...they fell for the old trickle up okey-doke......
