Trump's obstruction of justice seems quite clear, and ongoing.

He was also fined $90,000 for lying in Federal court (guilty of contempt).

That had zero to do with the impeachment.

Undermining at every turn the Justice Dept. and Mueller. Money laundering. Peddling influence. Undermining the State Dept.,EPA. Education. Energy, Interior, Health and Human Services, HUD.  Tariffs. The Wall.  He's a bigot. Probably a rapist. A pathological liar.  I have no idea how any informed American could be all right with this animal. What the Senate or House decides depends on how deeply they have abandoned all moral standing with the American people. It's up to your republicans to do what's right. After all, you guys impeached Clinton for a bj. Time to ask yourself why Trump gets a pass.

Clinton was not impeached for a ******** and you know the truth. Liberals just use that lie.

What lie do you guys share to defend Trump? If you are so shocked by Clinton then Trump should send you to the emergency room. But somehow or other his private life is his in Trumptown.  At some point you people are going to have to stand for something.

It looks like DC repealed its adultery law in 2004, but adultery was defined as sexual intercourse between a married person and an unmarried person:

Quote

Some states explicitly define adultery as sexual intercourse, while others, such as Kansas, have written their codes to include oral sex.In the District, adultery is undefined, which means the old-fashioned definition of intercourse alone probably applies.

Same in MD:

Quote

Generally, adultery is defined as voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and a person other than that person's husband or wife. The sexual intercourse necessary for adultery must involve some penetration of the female organ by the male organ, but a “completion” of the sexual intercourse is not required.

Perhaps you fail to remember I supported Johnson not Trump.

Flowers did not accuse him of assault. The first accusation came from Jones in 1994. Her own sister and brother-in-law disputed it. Clinton had been re-elected before any of the allegations were made in earnest or considered genuine..

Trump bragged about sexual assaults and over a dozen women accused him of it before a single vote for him was cast.

Clearly two different situations that should cause any self-respecting right-wing to re-consider hurling stones at the left.

Paula Jones filed a lawsuit in 1994, two years before a single vote was cast for Clinton in his re-election bid.  Clinton later settled the matter by paying her off for the entire amount of her initial claim.  Payoff to go away.  Sound familiar?  I won't defend Trump.  He is exactly what you paint him as.  The fact that you will defend Clinton is testimony to your partisanship.

And she lost her case.

The case was dismissed as the judge said she could not prove she suffered any damages from the event.   She later appealed and was paid off in a full settlement of the amount she originally wanted by Clinton.  In 1999 a judge found Clinton in contempt of court because his testimony was misleading.  The results led to Clinton being disbarred for 5 years in Arkansas.  She didn't lose on appeal as Clinton gave in an paid her off, but in reality she didn't win much either as most of the money she got in the settlement went to her lawyers.

The case was dismissed because it was without legal merit.

Paula Jones case dismissed Judge rules she failed to show case worthy of being sent to jury

"Jones' allegations that Clinton, as Arkansas governor, made an unwelcome sexual advance toward her, if true, might be "boorish and offensive," Wright said, but did not "reveal a basis for a claim of criminal sexual assault."

I wonder how Hillary, advocate for women, would have answered the question.

I guess that's what Bill meant the other day when he said what you can do to a women against her will has changed with the me too movement ....

Back then in Arkansas, dropping your pants and telling someone to kiss it was just boorish behavior .....
