I think I am paying for "Performance," which is 6Mbps/down & up to 768 Kbps up.
I'm not sure how my numbers fit in though. My down seems low and my up seems high.
In any event, I do more than just emails, etc., so I guess I'd better keep this.

My favorite speed test is from speakeasy.net (see URL below). It performs it’s test based on your location. So pick the Washington DC test. It will also give you the IP address of what you’re connected to. It’s very accurate.
That was a weird result for me. My upstream was actually faster than down. 3Mb/3.5Mb. I should be somewhere near 4-6Mb up and 1.5Mb down.

I got 35.59 Mbps download and 7.14 Mbps upload. Comcast.
