I swear, some of these women should either lower their hem lines or uncross their legs as they hold them together.

I've seen some of the ugliest, dimpled, drooping thighs that should never, ever be publicly shown. Goodness gracious, don't these women have any shame...or mirrors?

Thoughts/Opinions?
Weren’t you the one who tried to hurt me with goodbye
Did 'ya think that I would crumble....that I’d lay down and die?
Oh no not I (Ha!), I will survive
Oh as long as I know how to love, I know I'll stay alive
I've got all my life to live...I’ve got all my love to give
I'll survive... I will survive...hey hey

Don't judge them on their thighs, judge them on their ability to read the teleprompter.

I don't watch TV news, but I do sometimes watch video clips of news stories online. These stories often have a female anchor who is so made-up, so over-polished, that she looks more robot than human being.

I have wondered if this is a new trend for newscasters, particularly female ones, in the age of high-def TV.

I must not watch enough news. I can't remember ever seeing a news anchor's thighs. It's always chest and up

The morning shows have the anchors sitting on sofas. I never noticed the womens' thighs though. I'm still trying to get used to the no stockings look. :D

15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

2 Timothy 4:3-4

"For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths."

What happens when we're dead? The irony is that all our questions will be answered after we die. We spend our whole life trying to figure out the truth and the only way we'll find out what it is, is to get hit by a bus. And the only comfort for Christians is that God is driving that bus. - John Ryman

Being both British and a gentleman I do not use the ugly word 'fat' to describe larger people...

I use 'lardarse'. :P

I made no reference to body weight nor am I referring to anyone on this forum board.

I'm making a generalization to some of the women newscasters as I see them on TV.

EmployeeMom - You should try to ignore the comments. They are merely a reflection of that person's own issues. One can lose weight but losing the glaring other issues takes more time.

And Botox works wonders for others on their faces. :D Just ask Barry Manilow ... I saw him "live on tape" a couple weeks ago ... he couldn't even smile ... too much Botox!!!
